400 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
1 bunch Radish
salt
freshly ground peppers
100 grams cream cheese
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp lemon juice
washed Arugula (for serving)

Preparation steps

Thaw puff pastry. Brush 4 sheets lightly with water and cover each with another pastry sheet. Fold each double sheet in the middle and then cut into 3 pieces. Place on a lined with baking paper and bake until golden brown about 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F). Remove and let cool.

Meanwhile, rinse, and trim radishes and cut into thin slices. Stir cream cheese with crème fraiche and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in radishes. Serve radish salad on the pastry squares and garnish with arugula.
