- 4 sesame Bagel
- 6 ozs Brie (or camembert)
- 8 slices cooked, deli ham
- 2 fresh Tomatoes (rinsed; trimmed and sliced)
- 1 handful Arugula (rinsed and dried)
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Slice the bagels in half horizontally.
2.
Slice the Brie or Camembert cheese.
3.
To assemble: layer ham, cheese, tomatoes and arugula on the bottom of each bagel slice. Season with salt and pepper. Divide between serving plates and place remaining bagel half on top of layers. Serve.
