Preparation steps

1.

Cut the bagels in half and spread with the mayonnaise.

2.

Peel the shallot and cut into rings. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.

3.

Rinse the lettuce and pat dry.

4.

Arrange the lettuce leaves on the lower half of the bagel. Place the ham, cheese, and tomato slice on top of the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the shallot rings and parsley leaves. Place the top half of the bagel on the sandwich.
