2 potatoes (each about 200 grams)

8 tsps Crème fraiche
freshly ground black peppers
4 Tbsps melted butter
4 tsps Osetra caviar

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes well. Cook in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes in a colander, then return to the pan to dry briefly over low heat. Slice the ends from the potatoes so they will sit flat on a plate. Cut the potatoes in half and put one halved potato on each plate.

Top each potato half with 1 to 2 teaspoons of the crème fraîche cheese and drizzle with some of the melted butter. Top with caviar and serve at once.
