- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 2 Tbsps chopped Dill
- 1 Tbsp chopped Marigold
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 40 grams Salmon caviar
- Marigold (or nasturtiums and dill for garnish)

Preparation steps

Mix the creme fraiche with the cream, yogurt, dill, and mace.

Season to taste with honey, salt, and pepper. Place the yogurt mixture into small bowls.
