- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 1 onion
- 250 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 Tbsps Vinegar
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 2 Pear
- 150 grams ham
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps scallions
Preparation steps
1.
Peel, rinse and cook potatoes in salted water, about 25 minutes.

Peel and chop onion. Cook onion in broth about 4 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, let cool slightly, then peel and cut into slices. Place potatoes in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Mix vinegar and marjoram with onion broth and pour over the potatoes. Season to taste and let marinate about 20 minutes.
5.
Rinse, quarter and remove cores from pears. Thinly slice pears. Cut ham into strips. Add ham, pear slices, creme fraiche, oil and chives to potato salad. Mix well and season to taste.
