- 600 grams Predominantly waxy potatoes
- salt
- 500 grams Broccoli
- 150 grams Smoked salmon
- 1 tsp butter (for greasing)
- 1 cup Whipped cream (200 grams)
- peppers
- freshly grated Nutmeg
- 100 grams aged Gouda
- Chervil (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes. Rinse the broccoli, cut into florets and cook for 5 minutes in salted water. Drain the broccoli, shock in ice water then drain again. Drain the potatoes, peel and slice.

Cut the salmon into pieces. Grease a baking dish and fill with the potatoes, broccoli and salmon.

Season the cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg then pour over the vegetables. Grate the cheese over top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3-4, fan: 180°C) (approximately 400°F) for about 25 minutes.
4.
Serve sprinkled with chervil.
