300 grams cooked Smoked pork chop
250 grams cream cheese
5 eggs
100 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and cook in boiling salted water for about 25 minutes. Drain and cool.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Sauté onion in a pan with oil until translucent. Add broccoli and sauté briefly. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Cut potatoes into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick slices. Drain tomatoes and cut into narrow strips. Cut smoked ham into about 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) wide, short strips.

4.

Beat cream cheese with eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper. Mix the prepared ingredients together, place in a greased baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 35 minutes.
