Preparation steps

1.

Prepare the rice according to package instructions. Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Cook in hot oil. Peel garlic and onion, finely chop garlic, cut onion into thin rings. add to meat and cook. Season the cooked rice with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Chop basil finely, mix in.

Rinse and quarter tomatoes. Rinse cucumber and cut into slices. Rinse scallions, cut ends and cut into thin rings. Peel carrots and cut into thin sticks. Serve fried rice with tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers on plates and top with scallions.
