- 200 grams Basmati rice
- salt
- 500 grams Pork tenderloin (ready to cook; parried)
- 1 handful fresh soybean sprout
- 4 thin scallions
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 2 red Bell pepper
- 3 carrots
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Lime juice
- 4 Tbsps Chili sauce
- 4 tsps Sesame seeds (light and dark)

Preparation steps

Rinse the rice and boil in salt water for about 20 minutes. Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Rinse the sprouts and drain well. Rinse and peel the scallions. Rinse the leek and cut into 1 cm rings. Rinse the peppers and cut into bite size pieces. Peel and slice the carrot.

Heat the peanut oil in a hot wok. Fry the meat for 1-2 minutes. Slide to the edge and add the carrots, peppers and leeks. Fry for about 1 minute. Mix with the meat and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add the sesame oil, lime juice, sprouts and scallions. Reduce the heat and sprinkle with chile sauce. Serve with the rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
