- 2 Tomatoes (about 70 grams)
- 5 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp red Pesto (from a jar)
- 5 ozs canned Tuna
- 5 ozs Mozzarella

Preparation steps
Rinse tomatoes, cut out stems and cut tomatoes into narrow wedges.
Lightly toast bread slices in a toaster. Mix tomato paste and pesto in a small bowl and spread on toast slices.
Drain tuna in a sieve, put on a plate and flake with a fork. Top toast slices with tuna and then tomatoes.
Drain the mozzarella, cut into small pieces and place on the tomatoes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place toasts on top and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F/convection 325°F) until toppings are hot and cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
