Tuna Salad Toasts
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Place bread slices on a rack and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximatley 400°F) for about 3-5 minutes. Place oil in a bowl, squeeze peeled garlic through a garlic press into oil and mix well. Brush mixture onto bread. Drain tuna and separate into small pieces. Cut pickles into small cubes, add to tuna. Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into small cubes and add to tuna. Halve chile pepper and remove seeds and ribs, cut into fine strips and add to tuna. Season mixture with vinegar and spread on bread slices. Cut basil into thin strips and sprinkle on toasts. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
