Ingredients
- For the pizza dough
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 150 milliliters lukewarm water
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- For the covering
- 1 onion
- 200 grams cooked ham
- 1 can Pineapple
- 150 grams Tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tsps pizza seasoning
- 200 grams grated Pizza cheese
- parsley (for garnish)
Preparation steps
For the pizza dough, mix flour and yeast in a bowl. Add water, oil and salt and process everything with the dough hook of an electric mixer until smooth. Cover and let rest for about 30-40 minutes in a warm place until the dough has risen. For the covering, peel onion and cut into rings. Cut ham into strips, cut pineapple into pieces. Mix tomato sauce in a bowl with tomato paste and pizza seasoning and season with salt and pepper.
Knead dough briefly and roll out on a greased baking sheet (38x28 cm or approximately 15x11 inches). Spread pizza dough with tomato sauce and cover with ham, pineapple and onion rings. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until cheese melts. Serve garnished with parsley.
