- 4 small Naan
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ⅔ cup sun-dried tomato paste
- 1 ½ cups canned Pineapple (drained)
- 8 slices Parma ham (torn)
- 1 cup Mozzarella (grated)
- 2 scallions (finely sliced)
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper

Try substituting the sun-dried tomato paste for basil pesto.
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (200° fan)|425F|gas 7.
2.
Brush the naan breads with olive oil and top with teaspoons of the sun-dried tomato paste, chunks of pineapple, and slices of ham.
3.
Sprinkle over the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Slice onto a large baking tray.
4.
Bake for 5 - 7 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted.
5.
Remove from the oven and serve with a garnish of spring onion on top.
