1 Tbsp Red peppercorns
3 garlic cloves
6 small French Goat cheese (or 1 goat cheese roll, in thick slices)
3 bay leaves
½ l olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic. Rinse and remove the seeds from the chili pepper. Place the garlic cloves and the goat cheese in a glass jar. Distribute the herbs, chilli pepper, peppercorns, and bay leaves. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and pour over. Let soak for about 10 days in a cool place.

Display the cheese with a vine leaf.

Goes well with cream cheese or cottage cheese.
