- 80 grams Currants
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tsps sugar
- 400 milliliters cold Peppermint tea
- 6 mint
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the berries and place two panicles aside for garnish. Mash the rest with a fork, and mix with the lemon juice, sugar, and some of the tea.
2.
Gradually incorporate the remaining tea.
3.
Pass through a fine strainer into 2 glasses, and garnish with the reserved currants and the mint.
