1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp toasted sliced hazelnuts

Preparation steps

Rinse pear, cut into quarters, peel, cut out the core, and cut into slices. Heat the apple juice in a saucepan and poach the pear slices in it for about 3 minutes. Remove the pear slices from the apple juice.

To prepare the prridge, add the rolled oats, milk, salt and cinnamon to the apple juice, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let soak for about 5 minutes.

Distribute the porridge into two dishes, top with poached pear slices and sprinkle with the hazelnuts. Serve garnished with lemon balm leaves.
