- 3 cups porridge oats
- 5 cups milk (or water)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup dried Apricot (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup Date (roughly chopped)
- 1 cup Yogurt (to serve)

1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Lid, 1 Measuring cups
Preparation steps
1.
Put the oats in a pan with the milk or water, add the salt and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and simmer gently for 5 - 8 minutes stirring all the time.
2.
Scatter the dried fruit on top of the porridge and serve with yoghurt.
