Nutritional values

Pears are ideal for babies: they contain little fruit acid, but a balanced ratio of vitamins, fibre and minerals. Last but not least, especially ripe fruit tastes sweet.

If you finely puree the pear with very little water or instead stir 2 tablespoons of pear juice into the flakes, you will get a drinking pulp.
