2 whole wheat crackers (each about 10 grams)
1 tsp Canola oil

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Small pot (with lid), 1 Tablespoon, 1 Freezer bag, 1 Rolling pin, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Fork

Preparation steps

Rinse pear, wipe dry and cut in half. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces.

Combine pear and apple juice in a small pot and bring to a boil. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Place crackers in a freezer bag and crush to coarse crumbs with a rolling pin.

Add crumbs to the cooked pear mixture and stir with a fork to combine. Add additional apple juice if needed. Let cool slightly before serving.
