- 125 grams Oats
- 300 milliliters milk
- salt
- 1 Tbsp Pear syrup
- 1 Pear
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps
Preparation steps

Mix oats with milk, 1 pinch of salt and pear juice in a saucepan and cook until thickened. Allow to cool slightly. Rinse pear, cut into quarters, remove seeds, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place the porridge in bowls and serve garnished with pear slices and lingonberry sauce.
