- 1 shallot
- 2 Tbsps neutral vegetable oil
- 100 grams crunchy Peanut butter
- 200 milliliters Chicken broth
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the shallot. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the shallot until translucent. Mix in the peanut butter and sauté lightly, stirring constantly. Deglaze with the poultry broth and stir to combine.

Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, adding more broth if necessary. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Cool the mixture, transfer to a small bowl, and serve.
