- 6 Passion fruit
- 4 mint
- 14 ozs Coconut water
- 1 oz ground flaxseed (3 TBSP.)

Preparation steps
For the passion fruit mango mint smoothie, peel mangoes, remove pulp from seeds and cut into small pieces. Cut 4 passion fruit in half and spoon pulp from skins.
Wash mint and shake dry. Cut remaining passion fruit in half. Put mango as well as passion fruit pulp with coconut water and flax seeds in a stand blender and puree finely. Pour smoothie into 4 glasses with the ice. Serve with mint and passion fruit halves.
