Nutritional values

Passion fruit contains lots of muscle-strengthening magnesium and cell-protecting vitamin C. Skyr provides plenty of protein as well as calcium, which is important for healthy teeth and muscles.

If possible, avoid the sweeteners agave syrup and honey. This saves sugar and calories.
