18 ozs jam sugar (3:1 ratio)

1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Ladle, 4 canning jars (each about 400 ml), 1 Kitchen towel

Preparation steps

Peel papaya, halve and remove the seeds.

Cut papaya into small cubes.

Peel the oranges, removing the bitter white pith.

Cut between membranes to remove orange segments and combine with papaya cubes. Squeeze juice from membranes into papaya mixture. (You should have approximately 3 pounds fruit.)
