Healthy, because

Even smarter

You can do something good for yourself by accident: vitamin A from feta strengthens our eyesight, while lycopene from tomatoes protects our cells from harmful free radicals. These can be caused by stress, smoking or the wrong diet.

Not only can you layer the sheep's cheese with tomatoes - zucchini, eggplant or peppers also look good in the casserole!

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Remove the core and slice. Also slice the feta cheese. For the marinade, rinse the herbs and dry. Remove the leaves and chop. Peel the shallots and garlic. Chop the onions, and paass the garlic through a press. Mix the oil, lime juice, herbs, shallots, and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Brush a gratin dish with oil and layer the tomatoes and cheese in a fan shape. Drizzle with the herb marinade.
