Nutritional values

You can do something good for yourself by accident: vitamin A from feta strengthens our eyesight, while lycopene from tomatoes protects our cells from harmful free radicals. These can be caused by stress, smoking or the wrong diet.

Not only can you layer the sheep's cheese with tomatoes - zucchini, eggplant or peppers also look good in the casserole!
