- 225 grams butter
- 125 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 75 grams Muscovado sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 320 grams whole-grain Oats
- 50 grams raisins
- 200 grams Pastry flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the butter in a small pan over low heat. Cool slightly and pour into a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, muscovado and cinnamon and stir to combine. Beat the eggs and stir into the mixture. Add the oats, raisins flour and baking soda and stir to combine.

Using 2 tablepoons drop pieces of dough onto the prepared baking sheet leaving some space in between. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
