200 grams sugar
1 pinch salt
1 egg
250 grams whole Oats
1 tsp Baking powder
150 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter with the vanilla sugar, sugar and salt. Stir in egg. Mix in the oatmeal, baking powder, flour and chocolate chips.

3.

Mix or knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into small balls, pressing slightly flat and arranging on the baking sheet with a little distance between portions. Bake until golden, 10-15 minutes.

4.

Let cool on a wire rack and serve.
