1 Red Bell pepper
1 onion
1 garlic clove
250 grams Beef fillet
350 grams Tagliatelle
2 Tbsps olive oil
120 grams Corn (canned)
50 grams Sprout (rinsed)
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
75 milliliters Vegetable broth
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.

Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water, according to package, until al dente, then drain and rinse. Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds and cut into narrow slices. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Pat the meat dry and cut into small pieces.

Fry meat in 1 tablespoon of oil quickly, until brown. Add salt and pepper, then remove. Meanwhile fry the onions and garlic in oil, then add the peppers and corn, then pour in the vegetable broth and mix noodles. Mix the fried meat again. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Serve on warmed plates and garnish with the sprouts. Place dollops of lemon yogurt on the pasta and serve immediately.
