- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 150 grams Herb butter
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated Lemon peel (fresh)
- salt
- white peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse beef and pat dry, cut into fine strips. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Brown meat on high heat, stirring.
2.
Add herb butter and remove from heat.
3.
Drizzle meat with lemon juice and season with lemon zest, salt and coarsely ground pepper. Toss with cooked pasta and serve.
