Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in salted water according to package, then drain. Cut the meat into thin bite-sized pieces. Rinse chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cube. Peel and slice garlic. Wash the swiss chard, cut off the white stem, then cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) pieces.

2.

Cut also the leaves of the swiss chard. Briefly sauté the mustard seeds, garlic and chilli in oil. Add the white swiss chard pieces and meat, reduce heat and briefly let simmer, but do not let brown. Add the vegetable broth and soy sauce, cover and cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Add the swiss chard leaves and cook for another 7 minutes. Finally, combine it with the pasta, heat and serve.
