- 11 ozs Egg noodle
- 3 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 3 Tbsps sherry
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 21 ozs rump Steak (flattened and sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (sliced)
- 8 scallions (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 1 tin baby Sweet corn (drained)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the egg noodles according to the packet instructions then drain well.

Meanwhile, mix the soy sauce, sherry and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
3.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok until smoking then cook the beef quickly for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the remaining ingredients, stir fry for 2 minutes then add the noodles and the soy sauce mixture and cook until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately.
