4 small, skinless Chicken breasts
1 cup Green beans (trimmed)
11 ozs Spaghetti
1 red pepper (sliced)
1 green pepper (sliced)
1 red chili pepper (sliced)
1 Red onion (thinly sliced)
pea shoots
salt
freshly ground Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the grill to hot. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Arrange on a grilling tray and grill for 14 - 18 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden-brown and cooked through.

Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Blanch the green beans for 3 minutes before removing and refreshing in iced water.
4.
Cook the spaghetti in the same saucepan until 'al dente; ' 8 - 10 minutes. Drain well and set to one side.
5.
Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the grill and leave to rest briefly before cutting into large chunks. Toss with the spaghetti and remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
6.
Serve in pasta bowls.
