- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 2 large, skinless Chicken breasts (diced)
- 2 dry chili peppers
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 12 ozs thin Egg noodle (or rice noodles)
- 2 cups Green beans (trimmed)
- 1 ½ cups baby Sweet corn (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp white Sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp white Sesame seeds
- Chili powder
- 4 scallions (sliced)
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large wok set over a moderate heat until hot. Add the chicken and chillies, browning the meat all over.
2.
Add the stock, stir well, and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, add the noodles, beans, and sweetcorn.
3.
Return to a simmer and cook for a further 5 - 7 minutes until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
4.
Season to taste with soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and freshly ground black pepper.
5.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with sesame seeds, chilli powder, and spring onions before serving.
