- 13 ozs carrots (cut into sticks)
- 7 ozs Snap pea (halved)
- 7 ozs Egg noodle
- 19 ozs Chicken breasts
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 2 tsps freshly grated ginger
- ½ cup vegetable stock
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sambal oelek
- 1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the carrots and mangetout in salted boilingwater for 3 minutes, then drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.

Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions, then drain, rinse in cold water and drain well.
3.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken for 5 minutes each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss a few times to coat on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4.
Mix together the ginger, stock, soy sauce, vinegar, sambal oelek and sugar. Stir in the noodles and vegetables.
5.
Divide between serving bowls. Slice the chicken and place on top of the salad.
