Preparation steps

1.

Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Trim spinach leaves, rinse and pat dry between paper towels.

Cut feta cheese into slices.

4.

Slice the rolls. Spread the lower halves with tomato paste and layer with the prepared ingredients, sprouts and corn. Top with remaining roll halves and serve.
