- 150 grams Cucumber
- 1 handful baby Spinach
- 100 grams Feta
- 4 Multi-grain roll
- 4 tsps Tomato paste
- 50 grams mixed Sprout (from a health food store)
- 1 Tbsp Corn kernel (canned)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.
2.
Trim spinach leaves, rinse and pat dry between paper towels.
3.
Cut feta cheese into slices.
4.
Slice the rolls. Spread the lower halves with tomato paste and layer with the prepared ingredients, sprouts and corn. Top with remaining roll halves and serve.
