Nutritional values

With the lactic acid bacteria from yogurt can support digestion and healthy intestinal flora. The calcium also present strengthens bones and teeth.

The frozen yogurt popsicles can also be easily prepared with other fruits of your choice. For example, how about a version of mango and coconut yogurt for a tropical taste experience? By using a plant-based yogurt alternative and maple syrup instead of honey, for example, the ice cream is also easily made vegan.
