2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp Rose water
3 Tbsps Agave syrup
3 Lemon balm

Preparation steps

1.

Sort berries, wash, puree about 14 ounces with lemon juice and pass through a fine sieve to remove any seeds. Mix berry puree with rose water and agave syrup and stir well.

2.

Pour berry mixture into 8 ice pop molds. Allow to freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert wooden sticks and freeze for another 3 hours. Put the rest of the berries in the freezer and freeze.

3.

To serve, wash lemon balm and shake dry. Remove ice cream from ramekins. Garnish with remaining berries and lemon balm.
