These pretty popsicles are filled with powerful protein thanks to the yogurt.

If you don't have fresh berries on hand, you can always use frozen berries instead.

Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, bring sugar, 2/3 cup water and lime zest to a boil. Simmer until sugar has dissolved, then let cool.

2.

Rinse, drain and puree berries. Strain puree through a fine sieve and mix with sugar syrup. Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze at least 5 hours. Depending on the type of mold used, insert handles or popsicle sticks.

3.

Mix yogurt with lime juice in a tall, narrow container. Remove popsicles from mold. Pour yogurt into molds, so that it reaches 3/4 up the sides. Place frozen berry popsicles into mold again and freeze about 20 minutes. Repeat as desired.
