Preparation steps
1.
In a pot, bring sugar, 2/3 cup water and lime zest to a boil. Simmer until sugar has dissolved, then let cool.
2.
Rinse, drain and puree berries. Strain puree through a fine sieve and mix with sugar syrup. Pour mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze at least 5 hours. Depending on the type of mold used, insert handles or popsicle sticks.
3.
Mix yogurt with lime juice in a tall, narrow container. Remove popsicles from mold. Pour yogurt into molds, so that it reaches 3/4 up the sides. Place frozen berry popsicles into mold again and freeze about 20 minutes. Repeat as desired.
