- 1 stale White roll
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 grams Camembert
- 1 bunch thyme
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 800 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp medium hot Mustard
- butter (for the baking dish)
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat (approximately 375°F).

Soak roll in lukewarm water. Peel shallot and garlic and finely chop. Cut Camembert into thin slices. Rinse herbs and shake dry. Squeeze the bread and tear into small pieces. Mix bread with ground meat, egg, shallot, garlic and mustard. Shape into a 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) thick rectangle. Top with Camembert slices and roll into a roulade. Place in a buttered baking dish and brush with oil. Sprinkle with herbs, place in a preheated oven and bake 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven, cut into slices and serve.
