- 2 kilograms thick Pork ribs (divided, with bone)
- 4 chopped onions
- 2 Tbsps liquid honey
- 2 centiliters dry sherry
- 50 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps Ketchup
- 2 tsps Mustard
- Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp hot paprika
Preparation steps

Rinse the meat and pat dry.
Combine all other ingredients, mix together and coat the ribs thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 2 hours, turning halfway through.

Place the ribs under the broiler with a drip pan underneath and cook at 220°C (approximately 425ºF) for 40-50 minutes. Turn halfway through and recoat with the marinade.
Serve hot.
