600 grams Strawberries
1 Mango
1 onion
100 milliliters Red wine vinegar
100 grams brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
2 generous pinches ground coriander
1 generous pinch peppers
1 bunch fresh cilantro

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, dry and hull strawberries. Peel mango, halve and core. Dice mango pulp and strawberries coarsely.

2.

Peel onion and finely chop. Place everything in a saucepan. Add vinegar and sugar, season with salt and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Finely chop cilantro and add to chutney. Place chutney into preserving jars and let cool.
