300 grams Strawberries (ripe)
100 grams Tomatoes
100 grams sugar
250 milliliters apple cider vinegar
100 milliliters Tomato juice
½ chili pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse strawberries and halve or quarter as needed. Core chile pepper and chop finely. Mix sugar with 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) vinegar and boil tomato juice in a pot.

Add chile pepper, strawberries and tomatoes to pot and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Season with remaining vinegar, pour into glasses and let cool. Consume quickly.
