- 1 organic lemon
- 2 stems Lemongrass
- 2 stems mint
- Ice cubes
- 400 milliliters Pomegranate juice
- 400 milliliters Ginger ale
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch lemon in boiling water and cut into slices.

Halve lemongrass lengthwise. Divide lemongrass pieces, lemon slices, plucked mint leaves and 3-4 ice cubes among four glasses.
3.
Fill glasses with pomegranate juice and ginger ale and serve.
