- 3 Lemongrass
- 1 ginger (about 100 grams)
- brown sugar
- arrack (southeast Asian spirit)

Preparation steps
1.
Chop the lemongrass into quarters. Peel and slice the ginger.
2.
Bring the water to a boil. Pour the boiling water over the ginger and lemongrass. Cover and steep for about 10 minutes.
3.
Pour the tea into cups. Place a piece of lemongrass in each cup to stir. Add arrack and brown sugar, to taste. Serve immediately.
