½ Organic orange
½ small Cinnamon stick
½ tsp Coriander
Sweetener (to taste)
3 sprigs Lemon balm
Preparation

1 Peeler, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small pot, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tea strainer

Preparation steps

Rinse orange in hot water, pat dry and remove half of the peel with a vegetable peeler.

In a small pot, combine cinnamon stick and 1 scant cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 minutes.

Add 2/3 of the orange peel and coriander seeds to pot and simmer on low heat 2-3 minutes more. Add sweetener to taste.

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and remove leaves from stems. Set aside a few leaves for garnish. Add remaining leaves to a large cup.

Juice orange and add juice to the pot. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour mixture through a strainer over lemon balm leaves. Garnish with reserved orange peel and lemon balm.
