Tea from fresh lemon balm
½ bunch
1 ½ liters
hot Water
Sugar (to sweeten)
For a soothing melissa

2 liters
boiling Water

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemon balm, cover with the hot (or boiling) water and let steep for 10 minutes. Pour into glasses and sweeten to taste.

This tea is invigorating and refreshing, It is beneficial for coughs and hoarseness. This tea can also be calming and help with digestion.
