- 150 grams small Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 50 grams Almond slivers
- 600 grams cooked Rice
- salt

Preparation steps

Remove sausage casing if necessary, and slice the sausage. Rinse leeks and cut both the white and light green parts into thin rings. Rinse and slice tomatoes.

Heat a wok and add oil. Stir-fry the almonds, leeks,

and sausage slices about 4 minutes. Then stir in the rice and stir-fry everything, stirring constantly for 4–5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and parsley and cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with prepared chile sauce to taste.
