- 800 grams waxy potatoes
- 1 stalk Leeks
- 5 shallots
- 2 large Beefsteak tomato
- 3 Debrecener sausages
- 3 Hot dogs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- clarified butter (for frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook and peel the potatoes. Allow to cool slightly and cut into thick slices.
2.
Rinse the leek and cut into rings. Peel the shallots and cut into quarters.
3.
Score the tomatoes, blanch in boiling water, then peel and cut into quarters.
4.
Slice the sausages.
5.
Heat the butter in a large skillet. Fry the potatoes until golden brown, then add the sausages. When the sausgae is slightly crispy, add the shallots, leek and tomato pieces. Fry everything together for 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
