Lamb's Lettuce Salad with Radish Sprouts
- For the salad
- 100 grams lamb's lettuce
- Lollo Verde
- 100 grams Radish sprout
- 150 grams
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
For the salad, rinse lamb's lettuce, rinse and drain well. Tear Lollo Verde into bite-sized pieces. Rinse radish sprouts. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
For the dressing, mix vinegar with mustard and oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange salad ingredients on a large platter, drizzle the dressing over salad and serve sprinkled with tarragon leaves and pine nuts.
